Website privacy notice

Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email and business role. We also record the interface language, page path, referrer domain and path, and the specific UTM campaign fields associated with the enquiry. We do not store unrelated URL query parameters.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

We use your name, work email, role and enquiry context to respond and take steps you request before entering into a possible contract. Our lawful basis for that use is contract: the processing is necessary to take those pre-contract steps at your request.

We use limited attribution fields, security signals and submission records to operate a secure enquiry channel, prevent abuse and duplicates, route genuine enquiries, understand which outreach brings relevant enquiries, and maintain proportionate business records. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in running and improving that channel, balanced against the limited data collected and your reasonable expectations.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you submit this form. Any future direct-marketing choice will be presented separately and will include a clear way to opt out.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security verification and the database used to store enquiries. Resend provides transactional email delivery so the Finvo team is notified of a new enquiry. These providers process information on our instructions and under their own contractual and security commitments.

Retention and international processing

We keep enquiry information only while it is reasonably needed to respond, follow up on the requested pre-contract steps, maintain proportionate business records, establish or defend legal claims, and meet applicable obligations. We periodically review and delete or anonymise enquiries that are no longer needed. Our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom; where required, transfers are protected by an approved legal mechanism.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy. We do not use enquiry data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
